IMBA Epic Rides Forever the best rides
Mountain biking is all about epic rides. They are a source of great memories and they inspire us to preserve the trails. To help fuel this passion, IMBA selected four outstanding rides as 2003 IMBA Epic Rides. These rides are in addition to the 24 we have picked since 1999. We will celebrate each of them with a 2-day celebration. You are invited!
Epic celebrations are a weekend-long event that brings mountain bikers together in celebration of our sport and great riding. We focus on trailwork the first day, and then we ride and enjoy the fruits of our labour the second. Participants camp close to the trailhead and share stories, ideas, and meals. Local mountain bike clubs and IMBA co-host the events.

March 15-16, Alafia River Epic Brandon, Florida
May 3-4 Henry Coe Epic Morgan Hill, California
June 14-15, Mansfield Epic in Alliston (Ontario).
September 6-7, The Nan Epic North Conway, New Hampshire
Santa Cruz Bicycles and Bike Magazine sponsor the 2003 IMBA Epic Riders program.
The Southwest Association of Mountain Bike Pedalers, Florida (Responsible Organized Mountain Pedalers), Middle Aged Mountain Bikers of Ontario, California (Responsible Organized Mountain Pedalers), and White Mountains Chapter of New England Mountain Bicycling Association (New Hampshire) are the host clubs.
