Julien Absalon (Team Orbea), won his 18th win in the Offenburg cross-country race in Germany on Sunday 26 April. The French champion broke the record of 17 victories held previously by Thomas Frischknecht and gave Sidi Sport colors and mountain bike fans another memorable day.
I am so happy! Absalom says that this was a record-breaking day. I also won my 18th World Cup victory, my first season win and my third consecutive triumph here at Offenburg.
